Player 2021 Registration Information
Player registration is now open for the DFW Elite 2020 Spring and Summer season. CLICK HERE to register.
Payment Schedule:
- Club Registration ($200): Due immediately upon registration.
- Gear Package ($400): Due by Feb 15th.
- Monthly Fees ($300): Due by March 15th, April 15th, May 15th and June 15th.
- Full Year Payment ($1800): Due by Feb 15th

- Coach Travel Expenses (Flights, hotels, food/lodging, etc)
